Wczoraj PartyPoker oraz Poker Central zapowiedziały rozegranie pierwszego festiwalu High Roller – Poker Masters Online. W harmonogramie aż 30 eventów.
Poker Masters Online to wspólny pomysł Poker Central oraz PartyPoker. W dniach 12 kwietnia do 26 kwietnia rozegranych zostanie aż 30 eventów, w których wpisowe wynosiło będzie od 10.300$ aż do 51.000$. Zwycięzca festiwalu otrzyma 50.000$, a także Purpurową Marynarkę Poker Masters.
Pierwotnie kolejna edycja festiwalu rozegrana miała być w Las Vegas. W związku z brakiem pokera live (zamknięte kasyna) Poker Central postanowiło przenieść akcję online. Eventów jest znacznie więcej niż w wersji live festiwalu, a sama impreza oczywiście też dłuższa. Zwykle edycje na żywo Poker Masters to siedem eventów, które rozgrywane są w ciągu tygodnia.
Tym razem najlepsi gracze na świecie spotkają się na PartyPoker. Większość eventów w harmonogramie to NL Holdem 6-max i 8-max, ale są też turnieje Pot Limit Omaha. Main Event ma wpisowe 51.000$ oraz pulę 2.000.000$.
Tom Waters z PartyPoker mówi, że cieszy się, iż gracze będą mogli zagrać online w jednym z ich ulubionych formatów: – Poker Masters ma duże znaczenie w pokerowej społeczności i mamy nadzieję, że ten format spodoba się graczom oraz fanom.
